PROFILE SUMMARY

Wesgroup is poised for substantial growth over the next several years and in preparation for this exciting and challenging phase, we are actively seeking a highly engaged, driven and experienced Common Property Warranty Coordinator to join our team.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Coordinate initial review appointments alongside Wesgroup and or relevant trades, ensuring seamless communication with strata and homeowners for project access. Conduct regular site visits to oversee trade review and repairs, providing progress updates internally and to the strata. Collaborate with the Common Property Warranty Supervisor, assisting with preparatory tasks and on-site support as needed.
- Compile and update all Travelers Warranty Record of Claim reports for the 15-month, 2-5-10 year warranty periods. Regularly provide updated reports to Travelers and applicable strata property management contacts.
- Create and process purchase orders and process expense reports as required in Yardi and Concur and prepare cheque requisitions as required.
- Assist with reviewing architectural, mechanical, electrical, and other applicable drawings to support service request reviews via Plangrid and Autodesk As required, refer to the BC Residential Construction Performance Guide to assist with validity of warranty for submitted service requests.
- Schedule and facilitate common property warranty meetings. Update and circulate meeting minutes and update all service requests on CRM. Revise Common Property Process Documents SOP’s as required.
- Provide site administration reception coverage opening and closing duties as needed that includes being the first line of contact for homeowners that visit the Customer Care office and assist/support with any questions.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma/GED required
- 2-year College, Trade or Technical Diploma in construction is an asset
- Minimum 1 year Administrative, Customer Care or Construction experience
- Background in construction, with the ability to read and interpret drawings is an asset
- Administrative support including exceptional understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration between trades and internal and external teams
- Scheduling experience to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Some physical effort may be required.

EXPECTED COMPENSATION
- The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
