Under the supervision of the Regional Operations Manager, the Bilingual Customer Service Representative will ensure the development of new customers and the retention of existing customers. We are looking for individual who is service minded and want to learn.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage account list (including all Quebec accounts) and proactively develop sales opportunities.
- Proactively listen to customer needs and advise on best product fit.
- Maintain updated information for customer records, prospects, and proposals through CRM.
- Enter customer orders into ERP.
- Update customers on products, modifications, changes, and enhancements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service levels are met.
- Develop and add value to customer relationships.
- Solve, consult, and advise best product fit.
- Generate, facilitate, and improve sales opportunities.
- Prepare information and package product inquiry responses.
- Adhere to health & safety policies and quality standards.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual: English/ French
- 3-5 years experience in account management/ inside sales.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Self-starter and detail oriented.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Ability to work and communicate with diverse groups.
- Organized, autonomous, resourceful, hardworking.
- Work in a team and contribute to building the culture of the company.
- Kitchen Hardware Industry experience an asset.

**Education**:

- High school graduation or equivalent.
- Formal sales and customer service training an asset.

Marathon Hardware has recently implemented a vaccination policy in place and requires their employees to be fully vaccinated where it is not contraindicated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $47,474.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
