We create a calm, caring space where clients can focus on healing, balance, and self-care. We're expanding our team with a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client interaction in a supportive, wellness-based environment.

**About the Role**
We’re looking for a **Wellness Receptionist** to work **2 days per week**, providing front-desk support and helping ensure smooth, welcoming operations. This position is perfect for someone who is professional, compassionate, and highly organized.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and check in clients in a warm, friendly manner
- Manage appointment bookings and confirmations
- Process client payments and issue receipts
- Maintain client records in our booking system
- Ensure the reception and common areas remain clean and tranquil
- Coordinate with practitioners and administrative staff

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and punctual, with attention to detail
- Previous experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is an asset
- Comfortable with basic technology and booking systems
- A calm, welcoming presence under pressure

**Schedule**
- **Part-Time: 2 Days per Week**:

- Preferred: Weekday availability, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Flexibility to adjust days as needed

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.55-$26.42 per hour

Expected hours: 16 per week
