**Core Responsibilities**:

- Focusing more on the video and visual development side of our docuseries department, this role will work with the series producer and content producer to bring to life, the production scripts approved by our clients.
- Maintain daily production schedules; Anticipate and identify potential issues in advance, facilitate problem-solving to maintain the production momentum required to deliver on deadlines.
- Ensure Project Management Software is updated daily to identify variances in budget, timeline or scope and deal with change-orders as needed.
- Manage workflow through our online project management software to ensure that we are keeping to schedules, budget and quality of deliverables
- Participate in the quality assurance process through all stages of production to ensure that deliverables meet all technical, creative, and business requirements
- Video and project coordination
- Participate in discovery calls, video and content planning meetings, scheduling interviews, and providing project status updates to clients
- Video production - work with our team of video specialists to bring to life, the production scripts approved by our clients
- Scheduling and leading filming projects and interviews (mostly digital)
- Ensure that all footage is captured, documented and available as required for the specifications of the project and docuseries, making it easy for writers, editors and client relationship managers to use these assets, but also to forecast our ability to deliver on our distribution dates and requirements based on these assets.
- Maintain production tracking spreadsheets for episode/series information, credits, financials, and other important details needed.
- Compile, distribute and archive production documents (contracts, expenses, contact lists, schedules).
- Assist the producers in managing external contractor’s relationships, tasks, and expenses.
- Identify improvements or risks in process, people or technology and work with your Producer to escalate and find solutions.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications / Education**:

- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or an education in any Production and Post-Production related field such as Broadcasting, Creative Communications, Media, Film Studies, etc.
- 2+ years experience in video production, television, documentaries or docuseries.

**Knowledge / Skills**:

- Passion for making quality video content that meets the needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong decision-making and leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict management abilities.
- Creative storytelling and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in all aspects of production including camera equipment, sound setups, lighting, etc.
- Able to communicate with various levels in concise, professional and efficient manner, adapting tone and style, as required.
- Client care, customer service, attention to detail, and critical thinking
- Problem solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
