We are seeking a **Offset Printing Machine Operator** to join our team located in North York, ON.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate printing machine to produce high-quality printed plastic cups
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper ink coverage, registration, and print quality
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment
- Inspect printed cups for defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Examining work order and set up the right tools, prepare the right colors and Quantity needed.
- Mixing ink, clean all the trays for multiple colors
- Prepare the plates or screens for printing
- Set up and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Cleaning the Machine after the job finished and ready for the next job
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient production workflow
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical issues with printing equipment
- Experience in operating a forklift to move materials and supplies as needed
- Proficiency in fabricating or modifying printing plates or other components as required
- Must be able to lift 50 Pounds and able to stand long periods
- Previous work experience as a machine/ printer operator
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Flexible to operate other machinery/Printers
- Ability to work with ink and chemical

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
