**Job Description: Industrial Sewing Machine Operator**

**Major Responsibilities**:

- Sew/finish various types of fabrics and vinyls with pockets, hems, silicone beading, zippers, Velcro, and more.
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines, including double-needle, serger, and specialty machines.
- Accurately follow production dockets and finishing specifications for each project.
- Trim printed graphics to size, ensuring straight edges and precision according to final dimensions.
- Inspect graphics for quality, alignment, and finishing errors before packaging.
- Assist with material preparation or fabric handling as needed for incoming jobs.

**Key Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- **Minimum 3 years of sewing experience in a production or manufacturing environment**:

- Proficient in operating **industrial sewing machines** (required)
- Strong attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working with large materials and handling repetitive tasks

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Hourly Pay: $18 - $22/hour**, based on experience and skill level.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience in large-format print finishing** is a strong asset (but we’re willing to train fast learners).
- Ability to **work under tight deadlines** while maintaining quality.
- **Strong attention to detail** and ability to follow production specifications.
- **Physical stamina** - ability to stand, lift materials, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
- **Flexible schedule** - must be available for **overtime** and occasional weekend shifts as needed.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
