In this role, you will develop and maintain both existing and new clientele relationships while integrating them into the LendCare Automotive program. The successful individual will have a strong customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. **Responsibilities**: - Increase existing business by developing a strong relationship with current Automotive partners. - Provide insightful feedback feedback with the Automotive Manager when required. - Serve as a product expert and promote our Automotive Finance program. - Maintain continuous communication throughout the day to assist partners in efficiently processing loan documents, ensuring a seamless experience. - Organize tasks effectively and set achievable goals to ensure productivity and success in daily operations. - Conduct outbound calls to partners as necessary,, supporting their needs and fostering positive relationships. - Undertake additional duties as required, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to team objectives. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in a customer service role, with a focus on handling inquiries and interactions over the phone. - Demonstrated excellence in both written and verbal communication. - Professional and pleasant telephone manner is a must. - Strong attention to detail. - Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. - Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems. - Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset. - Ability to work fulltime, permanent in our Pickering, ON office (Free parking available / office is right across the Go station) **Schedule**:Monday to Friday **1PM to 9PM** and occasional Saturdays. **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
