The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. Organizational skills and attention to detail is a must. LendCare is a fast-growing company looking for individuals who can strengthen our position in an ever-changing marketplace. **Responsibilities**: - Increase existing business by developing a strong relationship with current Automotive partners - Provide support to the Automotive Finance team as needed **Qualifications**: - Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal - Professional and pleasant telephone manner is a must - Strong attention to detail - Excellent customer service skills - Highly proficient computer skills - Previous automotive experience is an asset **Work Schedule**:11AM-7PM Monday-Friday but also includes some Saturdays.** **About Us**: We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
