**Contact Centre Associate (Permanent, Part-Time)**

**Hours**:24-28 hours per week, Monday to Saturday

**Rate of Pay**:**Dependent on Experience

**Position Description**:
As a Contact Centre Associate, you will:

- Contribute to the success of the Credit Union by providing member service excellence;
- Assist members and non-members with inquiries, requests and/or problems ensuring each inquiry or problem receives 100% resolution;
- Assist members with routine to complex transactions through a variety of electronic and digital channels and;
- Recommend products and services that align with a member's needs and that will enhance their financial well-being.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- One year in a Member Services Representative role, or equivalent experience
- Excellent customer service, problem solving, and organization skills
- Must have sufficient and reliable internet access in order to fulfill the position requirements
