Garden Centre Associate

**Summary**
As a Garden Centre Associate, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and assisting customers with their gardening needs. Reporting to the Garden Centre Manager, you will utilize your core skills in retail sales, communication, and cashiering to enhance the shopping experience. Your premium skills in horticulture and gardening will enable you to provide expert advice on plant care and landscape maintenance. Additionally, your relevant skills in e-commerce and organizational abilities will support the efficient operation of the garden centre, ensuring a well-stocked and inviting environment for our customers.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist customers with gardening needs by providing expert advice on plant selection and care.
- Maintain the garden center's appearance through effective merchandising and organization.
- Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience and promote sales.
- Stay informed about horticultural practices and product offerings to support customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and inventory management.
