**Job Overview**
Heritage Pointe Golf Club, a spectacular venue for apres-golf and daily dining, banquets, weddings and special event functions is looking to fill some critical roles this season to complete our culinary team. We are currently seeking professional, motivated, hardworking individuals to fill Prep cook / Line cook / Banquet cook positions at Heritage Pointe Golf Club.

**Reliable transportation** and a minimum 1 years’ kitchen experience is preferred. Flexibility in work scheduling including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays is essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Assist in the daily food preparation tasks, ensuring all ingredients are fresh, labeled and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines for food handling, storage, and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of shortages.
- Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in meal preparation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
