**Description**:
Are you looking for a fast-paced role with growth opportunities in the Influencer management space? If so, INF’s Influencer Agent role could be for you

INF is a full-service Talent Agency dedicated to managing & casting Influencers. Since 2014, INF has exclusively managed a boutique roster of Talent in the beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and parenting spaces on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Podcasts.

This business development position will be integral to INF’s growth and innovation. While this position is based remote, it will require attendance at in-person meetings and events.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet Talent roster revenue goals
- Attend business meetings and events as a representative of INF Agency
- Book INF’s Roster for collaborations in Canada, USA and worldwide
- Lead daily general offers and quarterly outreach
- Generate, maintain and build brand/agency relationships
- Introduce new signs to brands and agencies
- Additional responsibilities as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years sales or business development experience
- 1-3 years brand and/or agency experience (public relations, marketing, advertising, Influencer relations or management)
- Exceptional verbal and written communications
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and customer service skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Comfortable working with limited direction from home and to collaborate virtually with a team
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Able to use a MAC, Google Drive, and Keynote
