We are seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is passionate about social media, digital culture, and building strong brand–creator partnerships. The successful candidate will have some previous and directly related work experience in influencer marketing and at least 6 months of agency experience or similar fast-paced work environment. Role Overview The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and reporting of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of influencer trends. You’ll be a key player in ensuring campaigns run smoothly—from research and outreach to tracking and reporting. Key Responsibilities Research and identify influencers across relevant social platforms, including: TikTok, Meta and YouTube. Build and maintain influencer databases and contact lists. Draft outreach emails and assist in communication with influencers and talent agencies. Build strong relationships with talent agents and influencers. Campaign Support Assist in the development of influencer campaign briefs, guidelines, and timelines. Support contract administration and deliverable tracking. Coordinate influencer product mailings, seeding kits, or event invites. Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance (ASC guidelines). Events & Partnerships Support on end-to-end planning and execution of influencer events. Support Influencer Marketing Managers/Directors and Client Service team in vendor and partnerships research. Provides on-site support at influencer events. Execution & Reporting Track campaign deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals. Compile campaign results, analytics, and performance metrics. Assist with creating client-facing reports and recap presentations. Team & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day support to Influencer Marketing Managers/Directors and Client Service team. Participate in internal brainstorms, sharing creative ideas that help drive and amplify the influencer strategy. Stay on top of social trends, influencer industry updates, and competitor activity. Qualifications Six months – one year of experience in PR role, with direct influencer experience. Degree or diploma in communications, marketing, public relations, digital media, or related field. Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snap Chat, Pinterest, etc.) Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Basic knowledge of influencer marketing tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Traackr) is an asset but not required. A strong demonstration of accountability, willingness to learn and develop skillset and open to sharing ideas, feedback and recommendations to drive total agency optimization and excellence. A proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented team player with a passion for influencer culture.
