Hiring: Respite Worker for Autistic Teen with Behavioral Needs (Panorama Hills NW)

Looking for an experienced respite worker to support a smart, autistic 17-year-old boy who has limited speech, anxiety and aggression. He understands far more than he can say, and needs someone who presumes competence, stays calm, and genuinely enjoys working 1:1. Looking for 6-12 hours a week. Needs might vary according to the week.

Shifts: Flexible
Location: Panorama Hills NW
Duration: August (possibly extending later into the year)

Men preferred, but open to women with the right experience and calm energy.
