**Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate and support marketing and design teams in order to execute both brand and retail campaigns.
- Communicate marketing campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the various teams, and provide instructions for use or promotion.
- Write and edit content for social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Oversee community management and engagement strategy for Flight Centre Canada
- Develop social calendar in line with marketing calendar to create, approve, post and report on all social commitments for campaigns and partners.
- Craft and publish marketing content on the Flight Centre Canada website in line with campaign launches.
- Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ year experience in general marketing, account management, communications, or related discipline
- Strong willingness and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Strong demonstration of initiative and creativity to problem solving
- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Actively seek knowledge and learnings on the latest innovations and opportunities impacting the overall marketing landscape
