In order to support our growth, we are currently looking for a Customer Marketing Project Specialist to work on an exciting client-partnered opportunity.

Context

The Customer Marketing Project Specialist will play a critical role in setting up our sales teams for success in our next fiscal. They will deliver excellence in operation execution that includes but not limited to our brand playbooks, brand education books, working with our creative team and Customer Marketing Managers.

Purpose

To support the Customer Marketing Team in developing all executional selling tools for our internal sales team and sale broker.

Decision Making

An individual that is independent, proactive, resourceful, organized and can work with broad scope of business partners.

Team Responsibility

Reports into the Customer Marketing Director
Works collaboratively with Customer Marketing Managers to get all relevant tools & information to build selling tools & program materials
Leadership standards to be shown, include inspiring a cohesive team culture

Complexity of Role

Needs to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to gather information to build selling materials and program assets
Requires an understanding of building professional and polished PowerPoint Decks

Key Outputs/Results

Create brand education books by leveraging existing assets
Consolidate information for commercial playbooks, execution meetings and selling tools
Create/update PowerPoint templates
Briefing and creation of below the line Point of Sale materials with direction from Customer Marketing Manager
Prepare materials and presentations for meetings as required
Support Customer Marketing Manager with experiential programs when required

Experience

Undergraduate degree (BComm/BA), is required. A marketing major is an asset required or in progress.
Work experience (paid, volunteer, co-op etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
Strong written communication skills
Self-Starter
Well-organized and possess the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives
