Key Responsibilities:

- Estimate project costs accurately and efficiently;
- Manage and coordinate painting projects from start to finish;
- Lead and motivate a small team of painters, ensuring productivity and quality;
- Utilize sales experience to generate leads and secure new business opportunities;
- Demonstrate proficiency in technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
- Maintain a consistent and organized approach to project management;
- Solve problems effectively and make informed decisions independently as needed;
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and team members.

**Requirements**:

- Previous painting experience;
- Proven sales experience and the ability to generate leads;
- Strong managerial skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in technology and willingness to adapt to new software/tools;
- Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites;
- Eager to learn and to continuously improve skills;
- Friendly demeanour with a humble attitude;
- Ability to work year-round and adapt to changing project demands;
- Highly motivated, driven, and able to think creatively.
