Project Manager

Edmonton, Canada Mill Creek Painters Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and oversee new construction painting projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, diploma or certificate in construction management, project management or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
- Proficient in construction management software such as HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and Civil 3D
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Note: Experience with construction estimating and project management is highly desirable.

We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth. We pay quarterly bonuses for the volume of projects managed, gross profit targets, and ability to generate positive customer reviews. In other words, we pay you what you're worth.

**Salary**: $72,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Project management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

Licence/Certification:

- bachelor, diploma or certificate in construction management? (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: Relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
