We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will support procurement and logistics operations, ensuring accurate ERP data, efficient sourcing, and on-time delivery of critical components. You will collaborate closely with engineering, accounting, and project teams to drive cost-effective and timely purchasing solutions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and supplier relationships.
**What You'll Do**
- Manage purchasing activities in M1 and WARP ERP systems, including commercial components, indirect supplies, and raw materials
- Source parts, create RFQs and POs, negotiate pricing, and expedite orders to meet project timelines
- Support engineering teams with BOM updates, package releases, and HS code requirements
- Resolve goods receipt discrepancies in collaboration with the logistics team
- Maintain accurate vendor records, onboard new suppliers, and update required documentation in WARP
- Process freight invoices and coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice or order discrepancies
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for procurement efficiency and supplier performance
**What You'll Bring**
- 2-3 years of purchasing, supply chain, or office administration experience preferred
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with ERP systems (preferably M1 and WARP) and strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results
