**Your opportunity**

We are looking for a Billing/Office Coordinator to join the team and own the following responsibilities:

- Compile various sales and projection reports as well as earn-out reports for acquisitions
- Print supplier/ vendor invoices and then match them to projects
- Billing clients
- Reconcile freight bills
- Maintain ordering of office supplies/daily use items

**How do we define success for your role?**
- You maintain an Accounts Payable status of fewer than 50 days; responsible for accounts payable updates to suppliers.
- You maintain an Accounts Receivable status of fewer than 50 days; responsible for accounts receivable and following up on payment status
- You manage payments to vendors for office/internal operations effectively
- You actively drive innovation in your areas of accountability
- You grow your skills through never-ending learning & professional development

**Your experience**
- You have 2+ years in a similar role; experience in the marketing/ or promotional products industry is considered an asset
- You have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- You display highly proficient computers skills; you must be very knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
- You are fun, bright, positive, and outgoing
