Nutemp Mechanical Systems Ltd. is a multi-trade mechanical contractor that focuses on the industrial, commercial, and institutional markets. With over 40 years of experience, Nutemp has evolved into a vertically integrated, industry-leading mechanical organization in southern Ontario. **We are currently seeking a RESOURCES COORDINATOR** to champion the Operations team and bring the organization to the next level.
**YOUR Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming inspections and organize goods in the warehouse, ensuring efficient tagging and tracking of materials.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team to coordinate deliveries and manage returns, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and consumables for sheet metal and pipe fabrication, maintaining stock and processing orders.
- Champion asset management by tracking tools and equipment using an online system, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
- Maintain company vehicles and trailers, conducting inspections and managing routine maintenance.
- Uphold health and safety standards within the warehouse, conducting daily safety walks and enforcing policies.
**YOUR Qualifications**:
- Experience in warehouse management or fabrication processes.
- Experience in the HVAC/R, Plumbing and Sheet Metal sector is an asset
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Technical proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors.
- Ability to multitask
- Proficiency in inventory management systems is a plus.
