**Tabule Restaurant Group **is currently looking for a highly motivated and driven individual for the position of Assistant **Restaurant Manager**.

A multifaceted role, the Assistant Restaurant Manager works with the General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Focusing on staff training, management of labour, cost of goods and maintaining good customer service and public relations within the community. The Restaurant Manager will be involved in all aspects of the restaurant.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- Supports the General Manager in planning, organizing and evaluating restaurant operations
- Creating staff schedules as per business forecasts to ensure budgeted labour costs
- Develop FOH staff by ensuring regular one on one's, training and development, coaching and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory costs and levels to ensure budgeted costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests and staff
- Effectively administer company policies, service standards and procedures
- Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant during service

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- 2 year's experience in a restaurant as a Manager or Supervisor
- Strong customer service background and communication skills
- Ability to learn and bring 'out of box' ideas to the team
- Self-starter with the ability to motivate
- Genuine enthusiasm and tendency to serving people to ensure WOW factor
- Demonstrates strong problem solving skills through the ability to analyze and implement solutions
- Ability to work flexible hours, days, nights and weekends
- High level of business acumen

The first restaurant founded in 2005 located in Midtown on Yonge Street, quickly earned its place among the finest Middle Eastern restaurants in Toronto and its popularity rose from there.

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
