**Overview**
**Duties**
- Assist in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performing environment.
- Manage inventory through effective purchasing and merchandising strategies.
- Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while promoting teamwork.
- Handle payroll processing and cash handling responsibilities with accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive positioning.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning initiatives.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and drive traffic.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities are essential.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes, training programs, and performance evaluations.
- Proficient in cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
