Assistant Manager
**Duties**:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Cashiering duties, including handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate cash registers
- Assist with payroll processing and ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees
- Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members
- Train and develop new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively
- Assist in developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Maintain an organized work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash handling responsibilities, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
**Skills**:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and management
- Ability to sell products or services and meet sales targets
- Training development skills to create effective training programs for employees
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
