Monday to Friday (Flexible hours)
Some weekends as needed

**Compensation**:
Commission-Based - Paid per completed enrollment
$300-$500 per approved student
No hourly wage or base salary

**Job Overview**:
We are hiring **Student Advisors** to help prospective students understand their career training options, navigate enrollment, and access government funding (such as OSAP). This is an **in-person role** based in Mississauga, where you’ll work directly with clients who walk in or are referred to our center.

This position is ideal for those who are self-motivated, enjoy guiding others, and are looking for a flexible, performance-based opportunity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist prospective students at our Mississauga office
- Explain available programs and funding options clearly
- Help applicants complete program selection and enrollment steps
- Maintain accurate client records and file tracking
- Follow up with students to ensure completion and support
- Coordinate with the internal advising and processing team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust with students and explain funding programs clearly
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail
- Professionalism, time management, and accountability
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be available for in-person work in Mississauga
