**What is the opportunity?**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the planning and execution of new software implementations to enhance our technology stack
- Assist with after implementation technology and processes maintenance
- Act as a bridge between senior staff needs and technology solutions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Support client onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience and developing related business processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging automation technologies

**Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics/ Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Superior written, verbal communications skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / mastery of Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON M5R 2N5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
