**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Source and procure high-quality produce from various suppliers.
- Utilize MRP systems to manage inventory levels and track product availability.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure favorable deals.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Make sales and marketing strategies to maximise the sales
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the procurement process.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a produce or grocery environment is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in sourcing and procurement.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
