**Job Title: Virtual Assistant & Client Services Coordinator (Contract - Part-Time)**:
**Location**: Remote (must reside in Ontario)
**Hours**: 10-20 hours/week
**Compensation**: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience)
**Type**: Independent Contractor

**The Opportunity**:
Your work ensures that our clients feel supported, our processes run efficiently, and nothing slips through the cracks.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Client Document Preparation**: Pre-fill investment and insurance forms, send them for signature via DocuSign, submit completed documents to head office, and follow up until processing is complete.
- ** Data Entry**: Accurately input and update client information from intake forms and statements into financial planning software.
- ** Document Organization**: Prepare, organize, and maintain client files with precision and confidentiality.
- ** Task Tracking & Follow-Up**: Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure all client requests are completed in a timely manner.
- ** Quality Control**: Identify and correct data entry or documentation errors to maintain accuracy and compliance.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in **financial services administration and/or client service support** (investment and insurance industry experience is **required**).
- Experienced with **completing and processing investment and insurance forms.**
- ** Excellent written communication skills** with the ability to draft clear, professional responses to client requests.
- Exceptional **attention to detail**with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ability to **manage time effectively** and **work independently** in a remote setting.
- Experience with financial planning software and DocuSign is an asset.
- Must reside in Ontario.
