You’ll love it here We are **hiring immediately** for a **merchandising supervisor**, which we call a **product process team lead**. As a **merchandising supervisor**, you will lead and coach a team of specialists and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

**What you’ll do**:

- Motivate and inspire your team to provide an amazing customer experience by keeping our store clean and organized
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun
- Oversee store KPI’s (shrink, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)
- Maintain a healthy profit and loss

**What we’re looking for**:

- Full-time availability
- 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
- 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding merchandising goals
- Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment
