Sales Supervisor – Retail Employer: Gurus Cell Phone Repairs Location: 1008 Douglas St, Victoria, BC V8W 2C3 (On site) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and coordinate our retail team. The role includes staff management, sales operations, inventory control, and reporting. Responsibilities Supervise staff (apprentices, stage hands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties Hire and train or arrange for training of staff Authorize payments by cheque Order merchandise Authorize return of merchandise Establish work schedules Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and coordinate activities of workers Manage cash Conduct performance reviews Supervise office and volunteer staff Qualifications Minimum secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Benefits & Compensation Salary: $24.00 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Employment Type: Permanent, Full time Current Vacancies: 2 Application Requirements Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada, as well as other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit, may apply.
