About the Role:
As a **Service Advisor**, you’ll be the vital link between our valued clients and our top-tier Porsche service technicians. You'll ensure every customer receives white-glove treatment—from the moment they arrive, through every step of their service journey, and beyond. With a focus on personalized service and performance, you'll help uphold the Porsche standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a professional, engaging manner and guide them through the service process
- Clearly communicate vehicle service needs, timelines, and costs with accuracy and transparency
- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient and timely service
- Maintain detailed and accurate service records in our dealership management system
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing service needs
- Uphold and promote Porsche and Wyant Group values in every customer interaction

What You Bring:

- **Proven experience as a Service Advisor** in an automotive dealership setting (required)
- **Luxury automotive experience**is a strong asset
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- A passion for the automotive industry and commitment to excellence
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
