**Your Role**

As a key member of our instructor team, you’ll lead engaging, apparatus-based Pilates classes using Balanced Body reformers, EXO chairs, TRX, spring boards, ballet barre, and more. You’ll work confidently with clients of all fitness levels, delivering safe, creative, and results-driven workouts that keep them coming back for more.

**What You Bring**
- A current full apparatus Pilates certification (450+ hours of training or equivalent)
- Experience leading group classes with skill and confidence
- Ability to deliver dynamic, fitness-focused reformer sessions
- A contemporary approach to classical Pilates exercises
- A positive, energetic, and motivational teaching style
- Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
- A desire to grow in a vibrant, entrepreneurial environment
- Familiarity with club management software (like Club Ready) or willingness to learn

**Your Responsibilities**
- Lead group reformer classes that meet and exceed studio standards
- Deliver private, semi-private, demo, or specialty sessions as needed
- Keep classes fresh and challenging while ensuring client safety
- Maintain equipment and a clean, welcoming studio environment
- Support front desk operations, including check-ins and membership sales
- Promote studio services and retail offerings with enthusiasm
- Be a motivating, positive presence in every client interaction
