Alito Pilates Collective is a modern, strength-driven Pilates studio opening in Chilliwack. We specialize in resistance-based reformer classes that prioritize load, control, and intelligent progression—without losing precision or flow.

We’re looking for Pilates instructors who love teaching strong classes, aren’t afraid of heavier spring choices, and know how to challenge clients safely and confidently.

This role is for you if you:

- Enjoy pushing clients toward real strength gains using resistance and thoughtful progressions
- Teach with clarity, confidence, and excellent cueing
- Understand how to scale intensity for mixed-level classes while keeping things challenging
- Value both form and effort
- Want to be part of a supportive, high-standard studio culture

What you’ll do:

- Lead small-group reformer classes with a strength and resistance focus
- Program and teach dynamic, athletic, and intentional sessions
- Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a motivating studio atmosphere
- Maintain a professional, welcoming, and inclusive class environment

**Requirements**:

- Comprehensive Pilates certification (reformer required)
- Experience teaching group reformer classes
- Strong understanding of resistance-based programming
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

- Have an athletic or strength-training background
- Love educating clients on why heavier resistance matters
- Are excited about growing with a new studio from the ground up

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
