4) Flexible scheduling availability. Scheduling may be 5-7 days with reduced hours, or 3-4 days with increased hours depending on practice needs and applicant's preferences. Clear understanding that start time may be 7:30 am/earlier OR close time may be 7:30 pm/later.

5) Fixed-term contract with renewal options. Contract fee/compensation will go up monthly as the necessary hard skills are developed.

6) Professional & courteous work culture. This must always be reinforced and consistently further developed by all team members.

7) Expect an incredibly rewarding professional working experience with compassionate licensed medical practitioners, while also helping hundreds of families monthly. Previous medical admininistration experience / hard skills is preferred but not necessary; quality soft skills are necessary.

[ Duties ]
- Tasks: Varied. (Including but not limited to: managing reception, staff coordination, note taking, clinic hand, patient liason)
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Maintain electronic medical records and update patient information as necessary
- Handle insurance verification and billing processes
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Manage the front desk area, including answering phone calls and directing visitors

[ Requirements ]
- Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting (preferred)
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (EMR/PACS) such as Velox, SIMMS, Intelirad, or similar software (preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with office equipment, including phone systems and computer software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $2,800.00-$3,750.00 per month
