Calgary, Canada Alternative Bailiff Services LTD. Full time

Alternative Bailiff Services is a Civil Enforcement Agency that deals with all aspects of civil law but primarily with repossessions. We are a small family orientated business that value our employees and think of our team members as part of our extended family. We are looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic & reliable person to join our team that has an eagerness to learn in a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone that has previous bookkeeping experience, and can work independently.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

- Post secondary diploma or degree is an asset
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- General Bookkeeping
- Experience with Sage 50 is an asset
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivables
- Source Deductions
- Year End Tasks
- Sale Disbursements for Trust
- Trust Account reconciliations
- GST Remittance
- Various administrative tasks relating to the business. Including but not limited to, reporting seizures, opening files for repossession, filling etc.
