We are recruiting for an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly professional full-time **Sales Administrative Assistant**. This is an entry level position and the junior of two roles.
The position is an office-based role in our Burlington, ON location, very conveniently situated just off QEW and Burloak.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Monitor the company’s online inbox and process customers' education orders and exams, and related sales and customer service administrative activities
- Update the CRM database (MS Dynamics) with information about course attendees, orders, and notes on all customer interactions
- Communicate as required with registered students/customers to facilitate a smooth, high quality education experience
- Process e-newsletter subscriptions; update the database with un-deliverables.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
This is a key role in a complex, multi-national organization and is best suited for individuals with some experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial professional services environment.
- Post-secondary education; diploma or certificate in business or office administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar multi-faceted sales support/customer service role, in an office (not retail, in-store) environment
- Strong team spirit
- Demonstrated ability to manage multitasks of varying complexity
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong business thinker who understands the importance of customer service excellence and its links to revenue generation and customer retention
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to take the initiative to complete tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong and effective data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
