As a **Technical Support Specialist**, you will provide comprehensive technical support and product documentation while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness; your responsibilities will include:

- Documenting and following up on support cases to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Creating and updating product documentation such as specification sheets, support guides, installation best practices, and other materials, as required.
- Issuing and tracking RMA numbers for returned products and coordinating with sales support for customer updates on RMA items.
- Maintaining a detailed RMA log, tracking return reasons, resolution steps, and product outcomes.
- Collaborating with sales and R&D on new product development and RFP processes.
- Traveling as needed for on-site technical support, training, or troubleshooting.
- Performing other duties, as assigned.

**What We Require**:

- 3-5 years of experience in technical support, field service, or IT-related roles.
- Diploma/degree in a technical field (preferred).
- Practical experience supporting or installing electronic systems in vehicles, heavy equipment, or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical systems (12V/24V), including wiring, connectors, and power distribution.
- Knowledge of video/ safety systems (analog and IP), including setup, calibration and troubleshooting.
- Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation, including support guides and system diagrams.
- Organized and detail-oriented in managing RMAs, support logs, and tracking product issues and resolutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills to support customers and collaborate with internal teams, including sales, R&D, and production.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and prioritize support cases effectively.
- Proficiency with Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace
