YOU are a coach, athlete, and player. You have in depth knowledge of the products we carry because you play in the arenas, courts, and fields of these sports. You believe in the spirit of team, adapting to the ever-changing retail environment, being part of constant innovation and working alongside the best coaches, captains, teammates, and vendors in the business.
**What You’ll Do;**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in the research, planning and management of a paid search marketing channel for Team Town Sports. You will have the ability to set in motion and see through to the completion of digital assets & marketing campaigns, which will be crucial. We are looking for a data-driven individual who is passionate about e-commerce and has experience working with platforms such as Google Adwords, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.
With overall you will have responsibilities of executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and dedicated to driving customer acquisition and engagement through the process of strategic planning, campaign testing and results analysis.
- Develop and execute SEM Strategy and campaigns including Search, Display and Youtube for Sporting Life Group
- Campaign Management including Campaign Creation, Optimization & Maintenance: Post-launch analysis and adjustment.
- Keyword Research to explore opportunity areas to expand and identify negative keywords to make sure the budget is focused on relevant keywords and Ad Copy Creation on a weekly basis to support our promotions.
- Track analytics, report and establish KPIs to define success and share actionable learnings supporting business objectives.
- Work with cross-functional teams like marketing, design, ecomm on a regular basis to understand the briefs, promotion calendar, provide creative feedback etc.
**What You’ll Bring;**
- 3+ years of Experience with Google Ads, Google Editor is must.
- Proven work experience owning a brand’s SEM media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with a creative mind informing strategy.
- Thorough understanding of SEM media best practices and latest trends.
- Background in eCommerce and retail is ideal.
- Good to have - Programmatic Campaign experience, Salesforce experience.
