**Job Description**:
The Pre-Sales Project Manager will support the Sales organization and will be responsible for the following:
**Project Coordination**:

- Collaborate with multiple internal partners to successfully deliver key Advertising initiatives
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for initiatives as required
- Oversee project delivery to ensure that deadlines are met
- Build relationships in departments across the company to ensure that everyone is working in alignment

**Asset & information organization**:

- Maintaining organizational systems and trackers within the Pre-Sales team
- Ensure all sales-related assets and information are updated in a timely fashion by the responsible teams and properly stored for easy access by our teams and systems (in Sharepoint, in Advisr, etc.)

**General support**:

- Manage and respond to general Pre-Sales inquiries from Sales team members, as required

**Qualifications**:

- Project coordination or project management experience
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to function equally well independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite with focus on Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sharepoint
- Ability to grow and prosper in an ever-changing, complex environment
- Previous experience in the advertising industry is an asset
