The Christmas Light Guys are in search of customer service representatives for our upcoming season starting early August.

We get the opportunity to illuminate the city each winter and raise spirits around the Christmas season. We really like what we do, and still can't believe it's actually a real job we have. We've been doing this for over 20 years now, and the season keeps getting busier, so we need more people to help with the work load.

The season starts in August and builds up to full steam around November 1st. November is our busiest month and things start to slow down after the 1st week of December. There's no question that we have a very intense and fast paced season with a lot to juggle. Inbound calls, outbound calls, job scheduling, data entry, customer service, and office organization would be your main tasks each day.

You will need to be very organized, have exceptional communication skills and great phone etiquette. Past customer service, sales or administrative experience is required.

Our office is located just outside the south perimeter in Grande Pointe. We have a tidy office space and warehouse (cleaned professionally) with a small kitchenette. You would be working with 2-4 other people in the office.

Note: You will also need to have reliable transportation as we do not have bus service to our location.
