**The Role**

**What you will be doing**
- Booking coordination (both receiving and initiating) to ensure installations and service calls are booked within 24 hours
- Manage Installer / Service Technician calendars and communicate appointment changes in real time
- General administration
- Assisting with special projects when requested

**To be successful in this role you must**
- Have proven success in a customer focused work environment
- Have previous experience in a booking and / or client service role, preferably in the service or retail industry
- Have a great work ethic, be punctual, and pay attention to the details
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner
- Have outstanding oral, typing and written communication skills
- Be willing to work a Monday - Friday work schedule
