Installations Coordinator

Sierra Flooring is an industry leader in residential and commercial flooring in the greater Edmonton area for 25 plus years. Your Role

  • Oversee and manage the scheduling, planning and execution of multiple scopes of floor covering installations

  • Plan, prepare and deliver weekly labour orders for subcontractors

  • Act as a liaison between sales associates and subcontractors

  • Act as a liaison between builder account site supervisors and Sierra subcontractors

  • Ensure Installations are completed efficiently and meet quality standards

  • Play an active role in quality control processes and policies in collaboration with field quality checks and service department

  • Build and maintain key relationships with subcontractors without extending bias or favoritism

  • Work in close collaboration with logistics and warehouse departments to ensure labor orders are complete and fully prepared for deliveries or installer pick ups

  • Work In collaboration with Sierra's service department to ensure scheduled service appointments with installation crews are maintained and executed as per agreed upon schedule

  • Actively participate in warehouse duties such as picking orders, cutting carpet, hot shotting materials to job sites or doing last minute pick ups during down time.

  • Being a dedicated team player and taking the initiative to contribute to the company's overall success.

Required – Technical

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel

  • Familiar with Basic computer systems, file structures and operations

  • Excellent Organizational Skills and Keen Attention to Detail

  • Must Be Available to work Monday – Friday 7:30-4:30

Education & Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma

  • Industry and/or flooring experience an asset

  • Experience in scheduling (service / project management)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,489.01-$96,042.05 per year
