We are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Assistant. You will be friendly, approachable and have a can-do attitude. Our food and beverage standards must be upheld at all times, maintaining the cleanliness and service level for our customers.

Key things you will be responsible for:

- Cleanliness and presentation of your bar section
- Setting and presentation of tables
- Providing recommendations and taking orders
- Service and replenishment of premium drinks, cocktails, wines, gins, champagnes and teas and coffees
- Billing, presentation and payments
- Clearing tables and resetting for next service
