Customer Service/sales Manager

**Job Overview**
As Sales Manager, you will supervise our CSR team, work cross-functionally with IT, and help implement strategies that improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and online performance.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor the Customer Service Representatives to ensure excellent service delivery and support
- Supervise daily sales operations, including order processing, quoting, vendor coordination, and escalated issue resolution
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and sales performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the IT department to support content accuracy, sales portals, marketing platforms, and SEO effectiveness
- Ensure CRM and ERP platforms are used effectively to manage customer relationships and order workflows
- Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and customer experience
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment that reflects company values
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service leadership role (preferably in a print or e-commerce environment)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
- Familiarity with digital sales tools, content management, and SEO principles is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have reliable transportation — our location is not easily accessible by public transit
**What We Offer**
- **No weekends or shift work** — Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Full-time, 40 hours/week

- Half-day on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve with full pay
