Job Title: Optical Sales Associate

/Part-time

About Us:
Join our innovative team at Sharp Vision Optical, a newly established optical clinic dedicated to exceptional eye care and customer service. We are currently seeking a proactive Optical Sales Associate to enhance our patient experience with their expertise and dedication.

**Job Description**:
As an Optical Sales Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through the selection of eyewear and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your responsibilities will include frame and lens selection, appointment management, and accurate record keeping.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their optical needs.
- Advise on the latest eyewear trends and optical technologies.
- Process transactions and manage cash and credit payments.
- Schedule and manage appointments for eye exams.
- Maintain precise patient records.
- Manage inventory, including stocking and ordering optical supplies.
- Keep the display area organized and visually attractive.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required.
- 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, basic computer, phone, and math skills.
- Ability to embrace new technology and adapt to change with a high level of accuracy.
- Proven sales skills with accountability for sales results and a strong desire to achieve sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
