Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Guest Service Team Lead. As a Guest Service Team Lead, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is enjoyable and memorable. **Duties**:
- Overseeing the front desk staff, including training, and performance management.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided to guests.
- Supervising day-to-day operations of the front desk, such as check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handling cash, credit card transactions, and billing inquiries accurately.
- Serving as a point of contact between front desk staff and other departments.
- Resolving guest issues or complaints effectively and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Enhance the skills and knowledge of job duties and customer service standards of Front Desk staff.
- Maintain guest records, updating reservation systems, and preparing reports for management.
- Ensuring the safety and security of guests and staff by following established procedures and protocols.
- Conducting regular audits or inspections to ensure that front desk operations meet quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service role preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel reservation software
- Excellent hospitality and customer service skills
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
