**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Warmly welcome customers as they enter the restaurant and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take and process customer orders using our ordering system, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries regarding menu options, pricing, and special requests with professionalism and clarity.
- **Kitchen Assistance**: Assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, and ensure all kitchen areas are tidy and organized.
- **Team Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with team members to foster a cooperative work environment and enhance overall service efficiency.
- **Additional Tasks**: Support the manager with various daily responsibilities and contribute to other tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Age Range**: Applicants aged 25 to 45 are preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Must be fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Demonstrate a strong service orientation, patience, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
- **Experience**: While prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, we also welcome enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
