**Job Description: Hot Pot Cook**

**Job Summary**:

- **Hot Pot Preparation**: Prepare and cook hot pot dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal.
- **Ingredient Preparation**: Clean and prepare fresh ingredients for hot pot dishes, including meat, seafood, and vegetables.
- **Customer Interaction**: Answer any customer inquiries related to the hot pot, such as cooking techniques, ingredient selections, and spice levels.
- **Kitchen Cleanliness**: Wash dishes, clean cooking equipment, and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment.
- **Other Duties**: Assist the manager with daily tasks and other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Age Requirement**: 20 to 40 years old.
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in both English and Chinese, capable of communicating with customers and team members in different languages.
- **Service Attitude**: Strong focus on delivering high-quality service, with attention to detail and a polite, professional demeanor.
- **Work Experience**: Previous kitchen experience is preferred, especially in hot pot or related cuisine, but we welcome quick learners with no experience.
- **Schedule Flexibility**: Able to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
