We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at **Mister Mechanic lift Truck Service**, a leader in the forklift industry since 1985.

As a Sales Associate, you will be integral to our commitment to sell and deliver quality **Forklift Trucks**, both new and pre-owned, ranging from the simplest pallet trucks to Electric Forklifts, Propane, and up to HD Diesel types, to specialized Reach Machines, at the best price for our customers.

**PLEASE NOTE**: Strong preference will be given to someone with some mechanical background, or Automotive knowledge or experience.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Foster strong relationships with our customers, identify their needs, and offer solutions that suit their business requirements.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services, including new and refurbished Forklift trucks and our complete repair shop facility services.
- Strategize to reach sales targets and deliver strong outcomes for our company.
- Support the Store Management Team in generating sales and meeting or exceeding company targets.
- Attract potential customers and enhance customer engagement through digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Perform POS operations proficiently and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Posting advertising ads for the forklifts, and overseeing rentals and payments.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Driven, self-motivated individual who is eager to grow with our company.

After an initial training period, the successful applicant will be eligible to receive commissions on sales of forklifts, and pallet trucks and associated products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
