**Job description**

Greenspace Industrial — a leader in warehouse automation and cutting-edge industrial technology — is looking for a Marketing Associate to help elevate our presence and expand our reach across North America.

**Employment Type**: Full-Time, Hybrid
**Experience Level**: Mandatory 2 years, 4 Years preferred Work Experience

**About the Role**:
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Greenspace Industrial is seen across digital platforms, campaigns, and client touchpoints. From crafting compelling content to executing campaigns and supporting sales initiatives, your work will help define the voice of an innovative, fast-growing brand in the warehouse automation space.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuous analysis of website traffic and development of website pages.
- Designing marketing materials including, flyers, Youtube content, Social Media content, digital ads (ads creative).
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.
- Support trade show and event preparation — from booth design to promotional materials.
- Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to translate complex technical ideas into clear, marketable messaging.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key marketing metrics.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Education: Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in a marketing or communications role (industrial or B2B experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- High degree of creativity and ability to lead creative decision making.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linked-In Ads, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with digital advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media marketing.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bonus: Interest or familiarity with industrial automation or warehouse solutions.
- Video Editing experience is an asset
- Programming language proficiency is a plus.
